Terms of Service

Quotes and orders

Website estimates are planning guidance only. A project becomes an active order only after Gasline issues a written quote, the customer approves required artwork proofs, and required payment or deposit clears.

Customer responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate sizes, quantities, delivery details, deadlines, specifications, and lawful artwork. Gasline is not responsible for errors the customer approved in a quote or proof.

Timing and partners

Turnaround begins only after payment, proof approval, and inventory confirmation. Dates are estimates unless Gasline confirms a guaranteed date in writing. Gasline may use vetted production and logistics partners while remaining the customer’s primary point of contact.

Limits

To the extent allowed by law, Gasline’s responsibility for an approved claim is limited to the affected goods or the amount paid for them. Nothing here removes rights that cannot legally be waived.

02

Privacy

What we collect

We collect contact details, project and order information, uploaded artwork, communications, approval records, delivery information, and basic technical data needed to operate and secure the service. Payment providers process card data; Gasline should not store complete card numbers.

How we use and share it

We use information to quote, design, produce, fulfill, support, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. We share only what is reasonably needed with service providers and approved production or delivery partners. Partners may not use customer information for their own marketing.

Retention, security, and choices

Gasline should retain information only as long as needed for the project, records, disputes, security, and law; restrict access by job role; and securely dispose of data when no longer needed. Virginia privacy rights may apply depending on the law and Gasline’s eligibility. Requests may be sent to hello@gaslineprintlab.com.

03

Artwork Rights

Your permission

By uploading artwork, the customer confirms they own it or have permission to reproduce, modify, and manufacture it. The customer remains responsible for trademarks, copyrights, publicity rights, and other permissions.

Gasline’s limited use

The customer grants Gasline and necessary production partners a limited license to store, inspect, adapt for production, proof, manufacture, and fulfill the project. Ownership does not transfer to Gasline. Gasline may refuse artwork it reasonably believes is unlawful, unsafe, deceptive, or infringing.

Production files

Gasline-created production setup, separations, routing data, and internal manufacturing files remain Gasline operational materials unless a written agreement says otherwise. Portfolio use requires separate customer permission.

04

Production Policy

Proofs control production

The approved proof controls content, placement, and intended appearance. Screens and fabrics reproduce color differently, and normal production tolerances may apply to color, placement, dimensions, stitching, and garment construction.

Inventory and substitutions

Inventory is not guaranteed until verified and allocated. Gasline will request approval before a material product, color, method, or cost substitution. Approved split shipments may arrive separately and may carry separate freight charges.

Changes and inspection

Changes after approval may require a new quote, proof, fee, or timeline. Customers should inspect delivered goods promptly and keep the goods, packaging, and labels if a problem is found.

05

Refund + Reprint Policy

Report a problem

Report a suspected defect, damage, missing item, wrong item, or shipping problem within seven calendar days of delivery or pickup using the Gasline Resolution Form. Include the project number, affected quantity, description, and clear photos when available.

Review and remedy

Submission opens a review; it is not automatic approval. If Gasline verifies a covered error, Gasline may choose an appropriate reprint, repair, replacement, refund, or credit based on the affected goods and circumstances.

Custom goods

Because products are made to order, approved custom goods are generally not returnable for preference changes, incorrect customer-supplied sizes, or approved design choices. Do not return, alter, use, repair, or discard disputed goods until Gasline gives instructions. Unauthorized returns or third-party work may not be reimbursed.

Carrier issues

Gasline will help document eligible carrier claims. Delivery delays, theft after confirmed delivery, or address errors are reviewed using carrier evidence and the circumstances of the order.
